Leases are synchronized with the BJC/WashU academic cycle and begin June 1st.

What is the pet policy?

We are pet-friendly and located steps from Forest Park. Pets are welcome subject to breed guidelines and a standard deposit.

Is parking available?

No smoking is allowed inside the building or courtyard.

Smoking permitted only in the fire escape stairwell outside.

What is the occupancy limit?
